This is the 2nd time I have been in for this treatment. The first time I went in, I had never had a hollywood wax before. Rosy was so reassuring and talked me through the process and was explaining as we went along the pros and cons of waxing vs shaving etc. It was over so quickly. When I went back the 2nd visit I was completely chill about what was going to happen. I was completely comfortable. Again the treatment was so quick. I wont hesitate to ever go here now for any treatment.
