Very relaxing, Vernonika was polite and accommodating and the massage was very relaxing. If anything, I would only say that the room could be a little warmer.

So relaxing! I loved the little touches like the short shoulder & neck massage & the amazing Indian head massage while various masks were drying. I would definitely recommend this!

Very pleasant staff, asked if there were any particular areas I wanted working on for the massage.
Only negative point was being downstairs at the front of the property and having the window open meant I could hear the traffic in the background but I still enjoyed the massage.
