I’ve had Caci in many salons over the year but I can definitely say Danielle’s was next level. On top of really knowing her ‘stuff’, she was a delight to chat to and I left feeling cared for and looking refreshed.

Really nice people and nice atmosphere. However I have to admit that the manicure wasn’t the best I had for the price. I’m leaving with uneven nails and and nail polish on the skin.

Alexandra was really welcoming and professional and my nails look great! Next time I’m in Birmingham I will definitely book in for a treatment.

Would not recommend. They only soak off OPI gel but do not inform you of this until you arrive. In an attempt to remove the gel I already had on, they used a file which went through my nail causing it to sting and bleed. It was my birthday so I was desperate for her to apply a new colour as they looked awful after half removing the existing gel. I had to pay full price for them to reapply the gel as it still took them the full hour. My nails looked awful.
