I have never had a problem before, but I really didn't like the girl that did my treatments. I like to wear shorts and a vest top when I am waxed as I feel more comfortable like that, but she didn't give me time to get changed, so I had to sit in my bra while she waxed my underarms. She did let me put my shorts on so I could have my legs waxed, but I just didn't feel comfortable with her. She hardly spoke to me as well, where as all your other consultants have been really friendly.
Toilets not working! Had to drive to near by garage
- additional or extra charges on the area waxed which are usually included in my 20 years of experience of having a standard bikini line wax
- hair left on knees on my half leg waxing
