Good ambience and very friendly staff. But waxing could be better coz not evey hair was removed. Had to do some bits myself at home. Waxing stick reused.

Wonderful lady! My eyebrow threading was almost painless, I found it relaxing :) Patti is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job. Patti was also empathetic and patient when I had my wax. Highly recommend!
