Very quick and efficient service by Patti! The only thing is that I wasn’t asked about what I wanted and there was no conversation..but eyebrows turned out great!! Definitely coming back!!

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I had my Hollywood wax and noticed the back had not been done, so I asked for the beautician to check. She said that this part was not included in the Hollywood price, this I found very surprising! Every Hollywood wax I’ve ever had means all hair removed - I was shocked this was not part of the treatment. It then cost me an extra £5 to have this part waxed - which I think was very unfair. The beautician was also very rude and the waxing was not thorough, stray hairs were left. Very disappointing.
