Always fees a bit strange walking into a hairdressers and then going down stairs to a hidden beautician, but Patti was so lovey and welcoming from the get go. She made me feel like a valued customer and allowed me to take my time to do things. Often, Beautician’s can make you feel like they’re doing you a service and you should do it their way, but Patti is very understanding of each customer’s needs! I didn’t like the vibe of the salon manager either, he gives you a very controlling and uncomfortable feeling ...
