First time visiting this hair and beauty salon on Kennington Lane. First time having a Hollywood Waxing. Patti made me feel totally at ease and talked me through every step of the treatment. I can't say that it didn't hurt but Patti was very considerate of my pain tolerance levels. However, when Patti had finished, I felt fantastic! No pain no gain, lol. I will definitely be rebooking my next Hollywood Waxing with Patti in the near future. Patti is really good.
