Absolutely wonderful! Patti is a darling and makes you feel so comfortable. I went in for a leg and hollywood wax and honestly barely had any pain. Patti's calm, generous and pleasant nature made me feel so relaxes during the entire treatment. i highly recommend her and have told all my friends, who have been Patti's regulars!
