Nina was fantastic! She was really friendly and welcoming, and made it a lovely experience. She made sure I had a drink and was comfortable, and she took great care to make it as painless an experience as possible.
It was by far my favourite waxing experience! Great results, and she took the time to make sure she removed any stray hairs.
