Absolutely no customer service. I booked 2 hours in total, got 1 hour 20 minutes. When tried to discuss and understand why she shortened the time, she smiled and told me that I should be happy cos I had a treatment. At the end she acepted the fact she wasn't truthful and shortened the times massively, but wouldn't even refund the difference. Apparently, as long I had a treatment, I shouldn't complaint,simple as that. I was speechless. Absolute disgrace and customer service traning required.
