There are key elements about the experience that could be improved. The beautician was polite and welcoming, however it currently feels like a very amateur massage experience.
Firstly, it would have been good to have some ambience (music/lighting/warmth) within the room.
From a massage perspective, it would be greatly improved if the beautician asked and understood what the client is wanting to gain from the massage (ie. relaxation or a focus in a certain area with tension etc) so that you could ensure they leave feeling satisfied. The massage was very gentle and it did not feel like they were very experienced.
Love the concept of the cafe & treatment rooms, and that it is a local business, so would like to give it another go, however think there are some key areas that could be improved.

Wasn’t expecting much as it’s only a pedicure & where ever I have been I’ve been given pretty much the same treatment... how wrong was I?! I had the best luxury Pedicure by Alex with the paraffin wax. Was offered tea/coffee on arrival which is very kind of them. Very clean, lovely ambiance & friendly/chatty staff members, would definitely recommend & I will for sure be returning in the new year.
