The place is lovely, clean and bright. Francesca and Anna were super nice and welcoming, but one of my toes was left bleeding after a nick on a cuticle, and I have two line burns on my upper lip

Wonderful! Federica took the time to ask questions about my skin and look at my skin before we started. Really friendly staff and lovely outdoor area (if it was warmer I would have stayed there to have my coffee - which was also lovely!)
