I feel a bit bad giving a middling review of my microneedling facial because Mia was really lovely, and she asked questions to provide me the best treatment (what am I most concerned about with my skin etc). She was also really clear about next steps and what to expect in the following weeks.
But she didn’t use any numbing cream - this made it more painful than it needed to be. I’ve been to another beautician since, who uses numbing cream, and it makes a huge difference.
