The salon is set up well with hand washing facilities at the entrance. BIAB was recommended for damaged and weak nails and has been very effective. Excellent choice of gel colours. Therapists are very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I was very disappointed by my full leg wax. The same strip was used, which is fine as I get its cost effective. But it was used too much. It kept sticking to my leg and not taking the wax off. My inner thigh has what looks like a graze where she kept repeatedly getting it stuck and pulling the strip it was so painful. There was also so much wax left on my leg, I even questioned it and she said that was normal. I knew it wasn’t! My trousers actually stuck to my legs and were difficult to take off
