Lisa herself was friendly and did a good job of my massage, however I felt other members of staff could have been a little freiendler. On my way out not one person acknowledged me or said goodbye, after me thanking them?! Probably because it was coming on 5pm & the shop was just closing, nevertheless, it doesn't take much to be courteous. I'm sure this salon has a good reputation but persoanlly, I didn't get the welcome I usually do when I enter salons. Slightly disappointed.
