This was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be back! Caitlin did an amazing job of my makeup, made me feel welcome and at ease and listened to what I wanted. She is very talented, knowledgable and professional and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I received many compliments on my makeup that night! Delighted overall, 5 stars!!!

I arrived on time. They made me wait 10 minutes without an appology, just "she will be with you soon". The room was freezing but they had a blanket, so I got under that.
My previous experience of Mink lashes were real. These are standard fake plastic ones.
Towards the end of the treatment I was absolutely freezing, she just appologised.
When opening my eyes she glued my left eye together & took 15 minutes to take it apart which was agony. The whole treatment took an hour, it said 1 hour 50.
After about two days my eyes started to get very red/sore and all my friends said it looked very unprofessional.
I called treatwell to tell them & have had to pay myself now to get them removed.
Never returning back.
