A lovely setting and very friendly but professional service. The waxing was pretty much painless and very effective, I don't usually have as good results with other beauticians I've tried before as my hair grows in multiple directions.
I only gave the facial 4 stars as I didn't particularly like the dermatologica products, but that was more personal preference and the experience was lovely. I would definitely recommend her.
