What an actual star — it was my first time doing BIAB and I chose quite a muted colour, but my nails still look WOW. Layla did a wonderful job and handled some booking mishaps (which were not her fault) like an absolute champ. Booked my next appointment the second I stepped out of the salon, so thrilled.
