Lauren was very friendly and chatty throughout. She asked me several times if I was happy with the nail shape and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. She answered a couple of queries I had about gel nails and at the end of the appointment she let me know I could come back if there was a chip within the week (unlikely) so she could fix it. My first time here was a positive experience and I’d readily come back
