Lauren was so good, I cannot recommend her enough! My last waxing experience was horrible so I was really nervous about doing it again. Lauren is so friendly and warm. She really cares about making sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout. It was the least painful wax I have experienced and will definitely return. If you are searching for someone that does hot waxing, please visit Lauren! I really cannot emphasise how much better she is than every other place/person I've been to.
