Lauren is so friendly and really takes time to make sure she makes the waxing experience as pain free as possible. She has a lovely warm character which puts you at ease during a kind of embarrassing experience. I cannot recommend her enough. She offers hot wax which I highly recommend. I have tried quite a few waxing places/people and Lauren is the only person I will ever trust to do an excellent job. I will not go anywhere else and really recommend you go here for waxing.
