Laura was lovely and welcoming with it being my first visit. I thought I was lost initially as I came to a different entrance, but Laura was quick to answer her phone and came and met me.
Laura is clearly very experienced and did a great brazilian wax which was very neat and precise and relatively pain free! Will definitely go back.
