Unfortunately the hot wax was unavailable but I was not told this until I was already at my appointment and the waxing had begun - I did mention that my skin is very sensitive which is why I always choose hot wax over strips. Laura was very quick to make it as comfortable as possible and she is always lovely to speak to. I did find the wax was not as neat as the previous one. Due to the strips, my skin was so swollen, sore and itchy for about a week after the wax which impacted on my holiday.
