Nice new venue and my manicure is bloody fantastic! I think the staff need to be careful about what they say on the shop floor though, as they're were very obviously gossiping which isn't very professional.

I had a great experience at the heritage salon, booked very last minute. And maybe that was also my only mistake. I was their very last customer for the day and had paid £10 extra for the 'heritage shellac manicure'. Should have saved that extra as the massage and scrub that were supposed to be included literally lasted about 30seconds. Also at the beginning of my appointment they tried to upsell an even more expensive design, but all I wanted was a bit of glitter on my nude nails. But hey, overall the result is good and staff were very friendly.

I've had cheaper manicures in the area, but no complaints. The salon was nice and very convenient if you are going out in soho after. It lasted a couple of says before chipping but that's not unusual. I would go back again for the same treatment.

Pretty decent job but final finish a bit patchy. Salon is nice and clean, friendly staff and good selection of nail colours.
