The salon is in a great location, just off of Oxford Street and on the outskirts of Soho. The decor is fine, a little tacky but the seats are comfortable and everything is really clean.
The manicurist I had was quiet, and only spoke to me to get the necessary information, e.g nail shape, length, colour of polish. I don't mind this at all, but appreciate that others like a bit of a chat, I didn't really hear any chatting between the other manicurists and their clients either.
To be honest, I felt a little let down by the service provided; I got a file and polish change in another salon nearby for the same price that included cuticle treatment, but here they left them alone. My nails were also filed far too short, even though I asked for them not to be, I realise that this isn't specific to this salon and is more of a central London thing, but £12 for a file and polish is pretty extortionate! On the other hand, they did have a good selection of colours, and made sure that my nails were completely dry before I left so that they didn't smudge (sometimes you get rushed out before they're dry).
I don't think that I'd go back. Ultimately if I'm paying over £10 for anything to be done to my nails, I would like a better service than this.
This is the best place in London for eyebrow threading. They treat you so well! They even give you a mini indian head massage and pencil your eyebrows before you go.
