Always very happy with results, especially with pale colours I get 2 weeks out of the Shellac manicure at least. Even though I always book the latest appointment available I never feel rushed.
Love that there is a loyalty card now too!

I'm really surprised reading so many reviews that the staff were super friendly. My experience was completely different. Other than the guy that works on the desk (who was nice), no one said as much as "hi" to me. The two women that did my nails didn't say a word the entire time until they were finished and both used the exact phrase "that's all done" (like robots) then got up and walked away - didn't look at me, didn't say bye, didn't say did you have a coat? etc. I'm not one for small-talk but it felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Also, I was on my lunch break - I didn't want to be in there hours - but it really FELT LIKE they were just in a rush to get me in and out and onto the next one, no customer service at all. So much so that when I went to leave and put my shoes on, a woman literally stood over me staring at me as if her eyes were saying "get your shoes on and leave" (she too, never said as much as a "bye"). My nails look OK - had better, had worse. But I won't be coming back based on my experience.

The salon was nice and my appointment was on on time and quick. The threading itself is done on a chair by the front window which feels quite open. I would prefer a little more privacy. Overall happy with service and salon though.
