Although I waited while someone had a very long massage in front of me and Jigna was running late for me, she was so nice I didn't mind waiting. She did a good job too so I will go back. I was very thirsty and thought the girl on reception could at least offered me a drink but she just sat there doing nothing. In the end I went up and asked for a some water as there was a very tantalising water dispenser that she merely helped herself to.

Nice massage and nice staff, would have been better in a private room and/or have the ability to lie down as it was down in the front window basically and therefore wasn't as relaxing as it could have been.

Went here for a manicure a few days ago and was really pleased with the outcome, I had a terrible manicure before and the beautician was careful in taking it off as it was damaging to my nails. Lots of colour options to choose from and overall a fast, neat and strong manicure!
The only downside was that it was a bit disappointing that the treat well price wasn't discounted at all and was the same as shop price but it was worth it.
