Really good shellac manicure I wasencouraged to go for a new colour which I love

Firstly, I must point out that I am a regular at Heritage Salon and have never before given it a bad review, however, I was really, really disappointed with my shellac this time. It took an 1 hour 15 minutes; not even for a full manicure for a shape and polish! Also, I had to point out on more than one occasion that there was a jagged bit left from filing or there was cotton wool in the nail varnish so we would have to go back and do that nail again, When I left there was shellac all over the skin around my nails and one of my nails has already chipped (I got them done 2 days ago)...All in all a very disappointing experience.
