Kirsty is kind, friendly and a true professional! She did an amazing job and was also really lovely to chat to! It's been a long while since I have had a wax (although I have had many in the past) but Kirsty helped it be as pain free as possible! I highly recommend her and will be back :)

This is a smallish beauty room in a hair salon and isn’t a luxury spa experience but the relaxed and professional attitude of the lovely Kirsty totally makes up for it! I had slept badly on an already damaged shoulder and she gave me a lovely back and neck massage which really did the trick. Kirsty was friendly without being too much and took her cues from me in terms of chat. She is clearly knowledgeable about her products and services and I will definitely be back! Thanks Kirsty!
