Kelsang is wonderful. I received a Japanese manicure and, as I was interested in knowing more about it, she explained each step of the process as she did my nails. The room was calm and clean with relaxing music and pleasant gentle scents. Kelsang was lovely to speak to and I really appreciated her emphasis on long term nail care and health.
