Kelsange is a lovely lady who takes the time to explain the treatment and how the treatment will take place. She made sure i was comfortable as the treatment progressed and made me feel very comfortable on the heated treatment table. The results from my wax is fantastic and she went above and beyond to add little extras to my treatment yesterday. i would highly recomend her and i will be booking my waxtreatments and eybrow sessions again

As always Kelsamg gave an excellent service tinting my eyelashes, doing my brows, threading the upper lip and chin. The leg wax was also thorough. She explains what she'll do, reassured and gives time before proceeding. It's always a pleasure.
