The massage was mostly relaxing, but it wasn’t quite the Swedish style I was expecting. The therapist was very skilled and professional, but since I specifically booked a Swedish massage—which is typically a stronger technique—I would have preferred if the exact method had been followed. Also, the salon has a nail bar at the front, which was a bit noisy and took away from the relaxing atmosphere.

I’m a 69 yr old woman looking to improve the appearance of my facial skin. I’ve had two micro needling sessions with kaiya who I’ve found to be professional and knowledgeable in relation to all skin care treatments administered. My skin has improved 100% after just two sessions. It’s plumper, less lined and I couldn’t recommend this treatment more. Whatever age you are I’m sure this facial treatment of Microneedling will improve your appearance. I’ve had several comments complimenting me.

Kaiya explained what was involved in the treatment. During the procedure she checked I was ok. After the treatment my skin was a bit pink but Kaiya explained this was normal and reassured me that it would settle down. Which it did during the evening. She explained what I needed to do after the treatment. My skin is looking really good and it's only 2 days. Thank you.
