Describe your visit to Neo Beauty : unfortunately Gemma had to cancel my appointment at last minute due to ill health. However, she then offered to come in on the Sunday to compensate. The massage was excellent, 90 minutes of sheer bliss laying on a heated massage bed with soothing music playing in the background. Gemma gives a excellent massage, adapting the pressure to suit the client and always checking that you are comfortable and happy with the treatment.

The overall ambience of the beauty parlour was good, decor etc well thought out. The lady who did my treatment was also the owner. She was very pleasant to chat with and made sure that I was happy throughout.

I went the first time not knowing what to expect and it was a nice surprise. A great relaxing environment and excellent service in very good prices!! I booked my next appointment right away and I will become a regular!

wonderful experience. recommend it totally. Had a few hot stone massages, but this was by far the best. Jemma is extremely good and to be recommended.
