In setting up my patch test and lash lift appointments, I found Jana incredibly responsive and accommodating, as she very quickly accepted my request to rearrange times at the last minute. She also went out of her way to fit in a lash tint when I misunderstood what was included in the package I had booked. I found the treatment itself very relaxing and I'm delighted with the results. Jana also gave me very thorough guidance on follow-up care. I will definitely be back for my next lash lift.
