Lovely lady who did my wax, I had just finnished work and came in last minute but she was lovely and made me feel at ease. Thank you! Will be returning again soon xxxx
Really disappointed with my massage - would have liked my money back.
Upon arrival, they weren't aware of my booking and I had to convince them that I had already paid.
The room used for the massage was tiny and full of other beauty equipment. This meant that the lady could only stand on one side to massage me - having to reach over to work on my left hand side and making me roll onto my side to work on it. The bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. I'm not tall, but my feet reached the end of the bed and touched up against the fan that was being stored in the room.
The floor was sticky and the lady answered a phone call during my massage.
Her actual technique was good, but it couldn't be enjoyed due to everything else.
Will never be going back again.
Visited this venue for the first time. I had an underarm wax, the beautician knew what she was doing and was also very friendly. Would go back.
