I booked the facial for 18:15 as this was an option on Treatwell. Upon arrival to the salon at 18:13 I was told that this was far too late for a facial as they close at 19:00. I was then told to go to the room, which had a filthy pillow and I waited. The manager then came in to tell me I should have arrived at 18:00 as this facial is for an hour. I showed the 18:15 booking and told them that the facial was listed for 45mins on the site. I offered to return at another time but both said no and that for next time I should call and book. Surely 18:15 shouldn't be listed as an option and the time should be increased to 1 hour? Alternatively, the salon could have called to let me know that this was too late. I'd booked the facial about a week ago. I was stressed before the facial had even begun. The facial itself was ok, cleanse, oxygen machine, mask and moisturiser. Once it was over, the lady showed me other facials offered on their leaflet and asked for me to call to make bookings. I would not recommend this salon or this facial and will not be returning for any treatment here.
