Heena was wonderful! She was professional, personable and effortlessly put me at ease from the get go. It’s really not easy to find a beautician that is skilled as well as being genuinely nice and easy to communicate with, and Heena ticked all the boxes! My new favourite beauty spot (pardon the pun).

Very happy with the lash lift and tint by Heena. She was very professsional, kind and gentle, not only the result was amazing but I have not felt any discomfort during the procedure. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. The overall experience was very nice and relaxing. The saloon is conveniently located close to Hampstead tube station. I highly recommend Heena and I will definetelly go back!
