Had a couple of treatments with Heena now (lash lift and eyebrow thread) and has been a lovely experience both times. Heena follows instructions and asks the right questions etc how you like your treatments for example.
And the added touch of the head massage right at the end of treatment really adds a touch of luxury and you come out of your appointment relaxed
