I have been to alot of different salons for waxing and unfortunately have had bad experiences, where I have been burnt with the wax or bruised. I was abit nervous trusting someone new but gem was great, my skin is fine, no burns or bruises and my skin wasn't as red as it has been in the past, I definitely recommend gem and will go back.
