Lovely lady but not a great environment. Door was not locked and being in a middle of a hairdresser- Felt someone might walk in accidently. Also I checked the result properly at home and still quite a bit of hair still there. She also picked up phone in middle of waxing which I understand is a business call but not to be taken during an appointment. Overall it was ok.
