This was my first experience with eyebrow threading and I was quite anxious however Feroza is a professional! She talked me through it and was very gentle and there was no pain at all when it came down to the threading despite me having very sensitive skin! Will definitely return!

Amazing experience. Where to begin. Initially I booked my appointment for 5 pm but having finished work early I asked Feroza to move my appointment forward if possible. Not only was she quick to respond she was gracious enough to grant me an earlier appointment. Once I arrived she informed me that she had a walk in appointment that she was dealing with that was complex and she couldn't see me straight away. It turns out the client was a patient from Great Ormond street and Feroza seemed to handle her with such kindness and sensitivity I was immediately impressed. Once I sat down with Feroza she explained her extensive history within the beauty industry and her experience with Threading. She then proceeded to examine my brows. She was thorough in her assessment about my brow shape and the changes I needed to make. The threading was absolutely painless. I've been threading my eyebrows for 8 years and I've never had such a pain free experience. The shape was natural but defined and visible. I could cry at the fact that I hadn't discovered Feroza sooner. I would highly recommend Feroza. Bubbly, experienced and informative.
