From the moment I arrived Elsa made me feel at ease as I hadn’t had a wax for over a year so was anxious visiting someone new, what attracted me to Elsa was the fact her salon was home based, her salon is calming, clean and comfortable, she was available same day, her attention to detail was second to none and was so friendly and chatty which made the whole experience somewhat enjoyable for treatment I had booked, she’s very professional and I came away not only holiday ready but confident 🩷
