Elif is warm, welcome and makes you feel really comfortable. She plays a little music and explains very well what is she going to do, and how. I haven’t had a wax in a very long time so I was really anxious but in the first minutes all of that disappeared.
The wax was of course painful but she did great. It feels and looks great.

Bottom eyelasheshes were lifted in the process despite my concern. Top ones look ok but not brushed. Elif did try resolve it by perming the bottom eyelasheshes the following day . I would not recommend ever perming bottom eyelasheshes.
