Bottom eyelasheshes were lifted in the process despite my concern. Top ones look ok but not brushed. Elif did try resolve it by perming the bottom eyelasheshes the following day . I would not recommend ever perming bottom eyelasheshes.

Elif is lovely, however my LVL wasn’t the best. My right eye lashes are too lifted, they are touching my eye lid and it doesn’t look nice

Amazing customer service. I have been here a few times and every single treatment I’ve had has been excellent I would highly recommend. Ellie is so bubbly and lovely! My favourite treatment is the facial and massage, she is very attentive and talks you through the whole treatment.
