Shop was closed - no treatment given.
My appointment was at 9.30, I arrived at 9.20.
The shop was closed, lights off, I called twice and no response.
At 9.29 I received a message just saying “coming”
I had already gone next door to get a pedicure.

Excellent service, booking was 1 hour and 30 mins but Daniela finished in 30 mins, welcoming and friendly. The area was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
