It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and Dana made me feel comfortable and not awkward. She pointed out moments that would be more uncomfortable than others and even had magazines to read for a distraction :)

Dana is very good and quick! I really appreciated her tips about pain control which made my Hollywood waxing experience almost pain free. Nevertheless, the waxing service is a great value for money in the Richmond area!
