The whole salon has a relaxed, calming atmosphere and friendly staff. Caroline has a lovely manner, really efficient and puts you at ease, and not at all pushy as I have experienced at other places (trying to imply you need other treatments which can actually feel quite offensive!) I don’t wear much makeup so I’m really cautious about anything that doesn’t look natural - for me Caroline does a brilliant job. I have been so pleased with results every time and keep going back.

My second visit for a pedicure with Caroline. Like the first time she made me feel totally at ease. Not only does she give a great pedicure, she is also a very warm and engaging person to have a good chat with. Thoroughly enjoyable experience again!
