This was my first time. I have had numerous Hollywood waxes a lot very unpleasant and still left with hair. Bozena was amazing she was quick thorough I will definitely be back. So glad I found her.

Very friendly however not followed my instructions as to the type of lashes I wanted (maybe due to lack of inventory). One eye fuller than the other & lashes almost gone in one after one week. Eyes are irritated as too much glue used causing clumping
