Everything about this salon is lovely , right from the owner -Asha , to the amazing staff members, to the fantastic service offered and last but not the least the positive vibes offered by this place. You would definitely feel like going back again and again.
1st service taken - Toner - charges £25 for long hair , which I thought was reasonable. I was happy that I got toner done to my hair because my hair were kind of looking gingery , which was result of maybe the previous colour fading. Celina applied a red toner and my hair looked super awesome.
2nd service taken - Keratin treatment - charges -£130 for long hair. It took almost 3-4 hrs for this treatment. I was instructed on the after care , hair products etc. I washed my hair after 3 days and the hair still were little frizzy, exactly behind the neck portion. I called up the salon to raise this issue
And , Asha and her team were super supportive. They booked another appointment for me and did the treatment again.
They also informed me about the reason behind the frizz.At night, if we happen to sleep on pillows that have satin covers ,resulting in sweaty head and hair would affect the keratin treatment and would result in frizzy hair ,near the neck portion.
Asha and her team didn't play any blame game , instead they just put me in chair for redoing the treatment. Two staff members were working on my hair for nearly 3 hours. No questions asked. Asha said that at the end customer should be happy with the service. I was pleased with the afterwash result this time. I followed their instructions to the T, this time.
Planning to go back again for hair colour , after a month or so.
I would highly recommend this salon , thank you dear Asha and her team. Special thanks to Celina for doing the treatment and doing the feather cut , which looks lovely on me.
Note - the cut was part of the treatment , which was a bonus.
